I have developed a warm, centered approach to counseling through 15 years of experience with both non-profit and private counseling agencies, as well as in private practice. I have a Masters of Arts in Community Counseling, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a National Board Certified Counselor. I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures and connecting with different people. Lastly, my philosophy draws from several theories of counseling such as cognitive behavioral, existential, person-centered, reality therapy and brief therapy; all to help you find your path to wellness and contentment.
