You can permanently delete your Romlove account and the data linked to it at any time — from the mobile app, on the website, or by contacting support. This page explains every option and what exactly gets removed.
Open the Romlove app, go to Profile → Settings → Account & Security, choose “Delete account”, and confirm with your password. The account is deleted permanently. Accounts signed in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook confirm by signing in again with that account.
Sign in at romlove.com, open Settings → Account and use the “Delete account” action at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Contact our support team from the email address linked to your account and request deletion. We will verify ownership and remove the account within 30 days.
Your profile, photos, messages, voice messages, likes, matches, location data, search preferences and push tokens are permanently removed and no longer visible to anyone.
The account becomes invisible immediately. Residual copies are purged from our systems and backups within 30 days of the request.
We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it: payment and billing records for tax purposes, and safety records related to confirmed abuse reports. These are kept only as long as legally necessary and are never used for any other purpose.
