Child Safety Standards

• Every member must be at least 18 years old. The date of birth is required at sign-up and in the profile step, and accounts with a date of birth under 18 cannot be created or completed.
• Members also confirm that they are 18 or older when they register. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended and reviewed.

• Every profile photo is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible to other members. Photos showing children, sexual content or content that does not show the member themselves are rejected.
• Members without an approved photo are not shown in search or discovery.
• Messages containing contact details or links are filtered, and suspicious behaviour (mass messaging, fake profiles, scams) is flagged for review.
• Our moderators are trained to recognise signs of grooming and CSAE and to escalate them immediately.

• Child safety reports are handled with the highest priority. Content that violates these standards is removed and the account involved is permanently banned.
• We preserve relevant information and report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent national law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Romlove complies with applicable child safety laws in the countries where it operates, including the obligation to report CSAM and CSAE to regional and national authorities.
