Payments and payouts

How partner payouts work

Commissions start as pending. They become payable only after the payment is confirmed, the hold period passes and no refund, chargeback or fraud signal blocks the payout.

Commission is linked to a paid subscription, boost or paid upgrade.
Pending commission can be cancelled if the payment fails, is refunded or becomes a chargeback.
Credited balances and payout requests are reviewed by Romlove before money is sent.
Partner terms, rate and payout method are confirmed during approval.

How access works

Create or use a normal Romlove user account.
Submit a partner application with type, website, country and operating notes.
Romlove admin reviews and approves, limits, rejects or suspends the partner account.
Approved or limited partners can prepare drafts, while Romlove keeps moderation and user consent.

Safety boundaries

Partners cannot read or send user messages.
Partners cannot publish profiles directly.
Agency precheck is not identity verification.
No pay-per-letter or pay-per-message commissions.

Before applying

Do partners register separately?

No. A partner account is attached to a normal Romlove user account. Create or log in to a regular account, then submit the partner application.

Can agencies publish profiles?

No. Agencies can prepare drafts and upload draft photos, but Romlove moderation and user claim/consent are required before publication.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions become payable only after verified payment, hold period and manual review. Refunds, chargebacks or fraud signals can cancel or dispute commissions.
